-When you are HA'ing and get someone on your team who is hilarious in vent, and your team is winning while cracking up.
-People who are polite and say thank you.
-People who kill touch rangers
-Getting a gold/green drop and the warm fuzzies that ensue.
-People with funny names *see Funny Name thread*
-The not-so obscure pop culture references - Drakes On a Plane, Cant Touch This, It's Just a Flesh Wound etc...

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Finding a good pug and then staying together through the next few quests and missions

Finding a someone that has really just started playing and giving them a good for their level weapon.

All the funny one liners from hench and quest accept/deny.

and that we can do this:

"Finding a good pug and then staying together through the next few quests and missions"

Man i haven't had that happen in awhile, but yeah thats a good feeling.

One time me and my friend ( both monks ) got in a PUG in Tahnnakai Temple. It was a monks worse nightmare. 3 sins, 2 Ele's and a Ranger.

But me and my friend were on teamspeak and we worked it good, even got masters. It was awesome. Plus the group stayed together till we got Arborstone. One sin had to go so we added a Rit to our PUG. What a mistake, he arrgo'd everything and we never made it to the part where the ceiling falls.

Ah the memories.

Other than that I liek what everyone likes.

-Green drops, even if they stink, they still fun to get
-Black Dye, always gives you that same feeling
-Ecto's
-Looking at peoples FOW armor, I love looking at it
-Watching all the Mini-pets in towns
-Reading the interesting conversations in Alliance Chat
-And playing GW in all its glory on a 32 inch monitor.

  • Having a good leader in missions or AB.
  • Having a group (pug) of serious players that do not leave half-way. Serious newbies is ok as well, as long as they follow instructions given.
  • The games stability. GW is really one of the most stable games out there. No crashes to desktop.
  • The beautiful surroundings of the game. The environments are outstanding.
  • The titles. An extra reward for the many hours played and special achievements.
  • The (weekend) events. Even the small events are a nice extra to the game.

Winning in GvG - after 20-30 mins of hard fighting, it's one of the best feelings.
People who has shitty skillbars, but don't mind taking good advices and change them.
Cool ingame people.

my devourer, he's so cute!
the scenery, i love post sering ascalon, i spent hours running round exploring.

People in RA who don’t quit
Appreciative people
No longer living in a worm, (2 characters – max LB + SS).
Guild/Alliance – members and chat
Giving away items free
My female Ele, who does not have skinny legs as mentioned on here. Well, could do with a bit more meat on them maybe
My female Mes, who has not been hit in the face with a spade, also mentioned on here
Male Mes dance – hilarious
Male Ele dance – even more hilarious
Trying out new builds that seemed a really good idea at time and made perfect sense
Heroes – the freedom they gave and playing around with build combinations

* The farout atmosphere in the 1st RA by the seashore in Proph early summer 2005 & me making the rebel, spamming main channel cause I hated (& still hate) capes which hide the beautifull armors. By this time u couldnt remove it I was happy to be guildless cause I didnt want to wear it LOL. So ppl were arguing with me sayin " The name of the game is Guild Wars, bla bla bla..." until the moment where someone from Anet came & provoked me with the same charac name (crazy!!!) that I have. I was spamming " FBI is there watch out folks LOL" I made myself very small then cause i didnt want to be banned...& the chats, 5 or 6 of us sat forming a circle, 1 male necro trying to seduce a female necro & me taking screenshots for eternity (that I still keep).

* The day the PUG I was in defeated Brill the dragon LOL.

* The astonishing beauty of the TOMBS in pre searing.

* UW² when I droped Victo's Bullwark.

* When the PUG I was in completed the last quest in proph & that I could cap 100 Blades to Rurik. I was the only male charac with 7 female characs...crazy! I completed this last quest strangely at 1st attempt.

* The first time I reached the Forgemaster...ouch what a mission.

* The discovery of Factions with Kenang & its slums. The jade SEA & its scenery, I am still astonished by the devs creativity.

* Shiro & his " harvester meditation" stance. Why cant we cap it wtf? WHY Anet why ???????

* The day I left my gladiator armor against the 15k canthan end game. I love my silver dragon armor & dont like FoW one LOL with its NASA like helmet.

* I am a Luxon....so the amazing turtles & the Aurios mines mission where u have to save the baby turtles LOL.

* My first zodiac sword drop in The Deep & the strange Onis.

* The kurzick architecture...gj Anet!

* The crazy Djinn shouts in NF

* The weird & thrilling atmosphere of the Vortex.

* Riding the Wurm & their way of barking LOL

* My 2nd bd present: the mini mandragore, I love it.

Thats all folks......I could fill up pages & pages

Congrats Anet even if LEECHERS in AB are making me crazy....from time to time. But some players will always lack ELEGANCE. If u are styless dont spoil OTHERS amen.

I was going to forget one very important thing......

* In AB I love spamming in team channel when the countdown starts: " If u want to win: cap...AVOID CROWDED SHRINES & cap EMPTY ones..."

~I love

the friends Ive made, many I will keep long after GW is but a memory

the fact that people still freak out when they realize girls play GW... ummm duh? lots do o_O

giving expensive presents to people I dont know, because I randomly feel like it

the paint on the hands of my rit when she wears her fow

the wth was ANet thinking making the most expensive rit armors hat a teapot

logging in and before the guild announcement pops up one of my friends has already messaged me

meeting someone new and staying up all night talking to them

going on vent with and playing with people from the other side of the planet

harassing NPCs just to see people reactions

being one of the very few people in pre that had a kuunavang

and much more lol

The way that Sorow's Furnace and Grenth's Footprint (to pick just 2 of my fave areas) look just like the rather fantastic concept art.

The satisfaction of doing a mission well with a random PUG and all the GG/Thanks messages flying around at the end.

The entirley different satisfaction of doing a mission with a group of guildies and having a good laugh.

And too many other things to mention really...
